To use the Arcwave Voy:
Remove thecaps on both ends. Twist the tightness adjustment ring to one of eight levels, then apply water-based lubricant to your penis and inside the sleeve. Insert your penis into either opening, and remove before additional tightening. Relax and enjoy!
